The 1st floor has three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 consist of 1 king size bed with en suite shower room, the other 2 bedrroms are twins and are serviced by a family shower room. On the ground floor is a luxurious extra large bathroom, with a corner bath, toilet wash basin and bidet.
The kitchen has been fully modernised with granite work surfaces, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing mahine.
The lounge/dining room has a coffee table with seating for 6 and a table and chairs for 6. For entertainment there is a Satalite TV, DVD and stereo system. The front ground floor room is ideal for playing board games or reading. It also has a day bed for relaxing in the natural coolness the house proivided by its traditional small windows and thick walls.
Local Area DetailsOnly 1.30 minutes drive from the furthest of the three airports Alicante is the village of Las Labore. The house is situated is in the centre of the village close to the town of Huercal Overa, approaximately 2 km from the motorway providing access to many areas of Spain. The resort nearest resort of San Juan with its fine sandy beaches, bars and restaurants approx 30 minutes drive away, other beaches are 30 - 45 minutes drive include Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar all fine excellent beaches, bars and restaurants. Lots to see do for all ages. Car is a must.
