Le Mascaret is a popular self-catering apartment for holidays in the gastronomic centre of top resort le Touquet. Its location is perfect for the beach, shopping and eating out.
The apartment is on the second floor of an imposing, building constructed in the grand style in 1906 and is one of 5 apartments. It has been restored (and where appropriate) renovated to a high standard. Its Edwardian grandeur has been retained; its ornate original features now combine with modern additions to provide stylish and comfortable self catering accommodation. The fully fitted kitchen and heating system ensure 21st century necessities, whilst the high ceilings, large fireplaces, sympathetic furnishings remind us of the building’s and le Touquet's historic splendour from the end of the 19th century, throughout the roaring 20s and 30s to the present day. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (with balconies), a lounge (with 3 balconies), a modern fitted kitchen, hall and bathroom. The lounge is a pentagonal room with 3 balconies.

It is available throughout the year; is ideal for self-catering short breaks (minimum 3 nights) as travel to le Touquet takes just 30 minutes from the Speedferries terminal in Boulogne.
It is equally an easy journey along the A16 from the Seafrance, Hoverspeed and P & O terminals in Calais (55 minutes), and from the Eurotunnel terminal.
Local Area DetailsLe Mascaret is situated in a quiet location in the Post Office square, in the gastronomic centre where you will find the best gourmet shops in Le Touquet. It is just 2 minutes walk from Rue St Jean, (the main street), the Aqualud and the beach. Le Mascaret's prime location ensures that you don't need to drive your car to go shopping in the popular main street of Rue St Jean, or to worry about driving home after sampling the top gastronomic attractions of the numerous nearby restaurants in Rue de Londres and Rue de Metz in the evenings.
The golden sandy beach is a popular attraction for people of all ages especially children and families.
Le Touquet is ideal for short breaks, long weekends, family holidays, golf and tennis holidays. Popular sporting activities in le Touquet are golf, tennis, sand yachting and horse riding. Leisure activities include the Thalassotherapy Centre and the Aqualud. Le Touquet's top hotels served as hospitals during WW1 (the WW1 cemetries are in nearby Etaples and are frequently visited as a remembrance of the past).
