Local Area Details

Gaucin is a traditional Spanish white mountain village. It doesnt attampt to boast the attractions of the Costa del Sol, rather has its own charming and slower pace of life. There are two banks, several restaurants (two of which to international standards) umpteen bars and three discos. Shopping facilities are adequate for everyday requirements. And there are excellent super markets with 30 mins drive. The Mediterranean coast is some 30 mins away and the glorious Atlantic takes just over the hour.
