Villa degli Ulivi is located in Castellammare del Golfo’s region overhanging the bay of Cala Bianca.

The villa is displayed along the coast like a demarcation line between the luxurious green and the limpid and turquoise sea.

The house is composed by a main building and a dependance which is not available for rentals.

The main house is a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is a wide living-dining room full of windows that give luminosity and blend the green of the Mediterranean garden with the accurate selection of the interior furniture. The decoration enhances the cozy and at the same time elegant atmosphera thanks to the antique furniture and objects distributed all over the house.
There is also a fireplace promising lovely and warm evenings for those who like to enjoy romantic moments.
There is a well-equipped kitchen decorated with hand-painted majolica reproducing the “agreste� Sicilian art. A glass-door connects the kitchen with a external barbeque equipped with oven, sink and a wood-kiln great to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with one single bed, a bathroom with shower and laundry room.
Most of the rooms are facing the large veranda perfectly integrated to the surrounding nature thanks to the materials used on it like wood, stone, etc.

A staircaise in the living room leads to the upper floor where are the other bedrooms:
In the main bedroom the upholstered headboard queen bed, the tiled floor, the antiques bedside tables and the spectacular views of Cala Bianca give ajoyful, romantic and warm atmosphera.
There is another queen size bedded bedroom where furnishings are simple but accurate and delicate. There is a double bedroom with a little terrace where it is possible to have breakfast enjoying the splendid marine scene. There is also another bathroom with tub.

The Villa is immersed in a park of Mediterranean plants like palms and olive trees carefully spreaded all along the path that leads to the swimming pool which is reserved exclusively to the guest.

In the back courtyard there is a small dependance with a tipically Mediterranean structure. It is closed as it could be used from the owners from time to time.

Local Area Details

During you stay you will be able to visit some of the most interesting and famous sightseeing in the region such as the Ancient Doric Temple in Segesta and the Ancient Greek Theatre, as well as the Tonnara (ancient tuna producing station) and the Rocks I Faraglioni in Scopello, take a look over the picturecque landscape from the heights of Medieval city of Erice, visit and enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean nature you can find in the Nature Park Lo Zingaro, also taste the flavours of the Sicilian cuisine in any of the local restaurants.
The tours to Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, Taormina are also possible in one day.
