Our luxury villa is situated on a prestigious development, in the
Small quiet community of Indian Creek, which is located off Highway
192, behind Splendid China.
The villa is fully equipped and beautifully furnished throughout.
All the bedrooms, lounge and games room have ceiling fans, and the
villa is fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened pool.
A highchair, travel cot, crib plus bedding, and pushchair/stroller
are supplied free of charge.
Dream Haven is perfect to soak up the Florida sunshine by day, and
enjoy a relaxing drink as the evening sun sets over the Disney area.
The spacious accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, one en-suite and 2
further bathrooms. A spacious family room includes a dining area
for those more formal occasions, and doors leading to the pool deck.
The Lounge has Cable TV, video, music centre and an assortment of
games. Local and International phone calls are free. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast nook,
and full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility
room. All cutlery, linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
The villa has a fully screened private fenced in pool with large
sundeck, and covered lanai, which is ideal for escaping the midday
sun or for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated upon request
(charges apply). The pool is furnished with a range of upgraded
furniture for your comfort.
There is a well equipped games room which includes Pool Table, Air
Hockey, Table Foosball and a Dart Board.

Local Area DetailsIndian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney. It is a quiet
spot, but only minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls,
supermarkets, and championship golf courses.
A childrens play area, soccer pitch and two tennis courts are
available for guests to use.
The gates of Disney can be reached in about 4 minutes, Universal
Studios are 25 minutes away and Sea World can be reached in about 15
minutes. Kennedy Space Centre is just 1 hour away.
Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, Gulf
coast beaches are about 60 minutes away and Orlando International
Airport is 25 minutes drive.
