Property Details
This beautiful villa is set in Sugarmill woods in Homosassa which has a lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly people and beautiful relaxing surroundings.
This villa is just one mile from the Homosassa Springs waterfront which offers boat rentals or tours to see the manatees also scuba diving, riverside restaurants and a wild life park.
Fort Island beach is only 20 minutes away near crystal river and is large, sandy and a well kept beach which offers B.B.Q. facilities.
All the attractions at Tampa is 40 minutes away, and Orlando one hour which is a lovely drive with plenty to see and do along the way.
This villa accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one master bedroom en-suite with hair dryer, one double and one twin, with separate bathroom, and will sleep up to nine people with extra beds available.
The villa features central air conditioning/heating at no additional cost to you!
The pool is a great size and is perfect for both adults and children lovely to relax in after a long day !
Disabled access to villa and disabled facilities fitted such as handles in shower/pool/ bathroom and a sit platform in the main shower room.
Large living room area with TV, Video, Radio & C.D. player.
Family room for kids to play etc, Baby feeding chair, Baby travel cot.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer with ice maker, plenty of dishes, cutlery, cups & glasses.
Laundry room with washer dryer, iron and ironing board.
Breakfast room.
Large garage (enough space for 2 cars!).
The private solar heated (which is why we do not charge for pool heating unlike most other people), screened pool is in a pretty garden area surrounded by woodland, 28 x 14 feet with patio & gas fired B.B.Q.
All linens, bath and beach towels are provided, there is a maid service between stays.
A picnic cooler bag, fold up picnic chairs and small tables are available to take out for days out, also a fishing rod and tackle.
All area information is provided: Restaurants, places to go, money off coupons to all popular attrations.

Local Area DetailsThere is a nearby golf course and wildlife parks.
Not too far away from Orlando and Tampa.
The area is a family orentated area so it is clean and is set away from the main road so is in a very quiet area.
