MaLady's Beach Condo - Charming 2-BD, 2-bath condo with balcony, phone line, surround-sound, satellite T.V. with 7 HBOs, and DVD-VHR combo. We are condo units, beach-side (no crossing streets). Only barrier separating us from the beach is a scenic wetland. Access beach via a private boardwalk (approx. 5 min. walk) or take the shuttle. Full-service cabana (with bathrooms) and horseshoe pit on beach open peak season. Non-Smoking unit. No Pets.
Gated community. 24-hour security. Located in the heart of the island before Shelter Cove & Palmetto Dunes Plantation at Mile Marker 7. Kitchen table for 4, mini-breakfast bar for 2. Lovely master bedroom has queen bed with T.V. and private bath. Guest room has both a queen and twin bed. 2nd bath has shower. Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cooking conveniences. Balcony view of golf couse.
Private beach. Private boardwalk. A full-service cabana is on the beach and serves beverages, snacks, grilled foods and has a horseshoe pit (open summer months only). Deli-grill & gift store, internet cafe, picnic area with grills on premises. A bike trail runs in front of the resort connecting you to the island as well as public transit lines.
These amenities are provided FREE to our renters: 2 outside pools, 1 heated indoor pool, kids pool, sauna, hottub, indoor walking track, 6 tennis courts, racquetball, horseshoe pit.
