Anne and Pete welcome their guests to their unique bed and breakfast centrally located near Hamilton City Centre in New Zealand. The accommodation they offer is a studio room that is detached from the main house. The room has french doors that open out to the pool and garden area. The accommodation has one double bed and one single bed with a private ensuite and kitchenette. The room is nicely decorated with natural timber trim, offering a real taste of New Zealand. The city centre is within 5 minutes walks and has a huge array of shops, restaurants and cafes. The Waikato River is two minutes walk and the river walks are absolutely spectacular.

Hamilton is an excellent town to use as a base to explore Rotorua only 1.5 hrs drive; the famous Waitomo Caves only 1 hrs drive; Raglan on the west coast only 40 mins drive; Tauranga/Mt Maunganui 1.5 drive on the east coast. Next time you visit New Zealand you won't be disappointed when you stay at the City Centre Bed and Breakfast.
