Property Details
Our fully air-conditioned villa on Bay Vista Drive is set in the gated community of Weston Hills and has a beautiful outlook over conservation area to the rear.
The villa is about 15 minutes from the Disney World main entrance and within a 30-minute drive away from all the other main attractions.
There is a 31-inch Satellite T.V. with free HBO and Showtime package, video, a DVD home theatre system and hi-fi in the family room and a separate dining area. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with large fully insect screened, outdoor heated pool with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture.
The open plan kitchen is full of modern appliances including gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, a separate satellite T.V. system, DVD, a telephone/answer phone, its own bathroom with large bath, separate walk in shower, double vanity unit and a walk in wardrobe.
The other two good-sized bedrooms are situated at the front of the villa with their own bathroom and shower in between. One room has a double bed a separate satellite T.V. system; the other room has two twin beds and parentally controlled satellite TV & a video.
If required there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two people. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no extra charge. A good supply of towels and linens are available for your use.
The villa also features a garage and there is a gas barbecue outside by the pool.
