Beautiful privately owned luxury villa (Sleeps Six) (which is immaculate throughout & has many extras) is situated at The Manors, Westridge, a prestigious gated community close to Disney and numerous championship golf courses. The famous Highlands Reserve golf course is only one mile away. It is the perfect relaxed and peaceful location to unwind after a tiring day at the theme parks.
Situated on an outer circle, well away from traffic noise, the pooldeck area offers more privacy as it is not overlooked from all angles. Floodlit pool area, Patio Table, Chairs and Loungers are provided.
Comfortably furnished in true Floridian style, the villa has a kitchen/breakfast nook with table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large conventional cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher & waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender and kitchen scales.
Also professional chef’s cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
There is a separate laundry room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
There is a telephone and all calls both local and international are FREE. Crib, Playcrib, Highchair & Stroller for guests FREE USE. No Smoking also No Pets Allowed.
The lounge/diner has two sofas, a swivel/rocking chair, large dining table and six chairs, TV, VCR with selection of tapes, Hi-Fi, coffee table & reading lamps, and ceiling fan. Patio doors, which lead out to the pooldeck, are fitted with a child safety alarm.
The master bedroom has a queensize (5ft) bed with ensuite facilities and access to the pool. There is a large clothes closet, dressing table, bedside cabinets and TV, also a remote controlled ceiling fan incorporating lights with dimmer switch. The second and third bedrooms – one double, and one twin share the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have large clothes closets and the double bedroom also has a TV/VCR combi unit.
All towels and linens are provided. 24 hour monitored alarm system, smoke detectors and emergency lighting in the event of power failure. Garage and parking facilities.
Local Area DetailsA newly opened Publix supermarket is just two miles away, and other shops, restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations are only a few minutes drive away.
(The Manors also has a community clubhouse offering exercise equipment, reading and function rooms, large screen tvs and large outdoor communal pool)
