Mirabelle is situated in a beautiful renovated old stone barn on the edge of the tiny village of La Chapelle Salamard in the south west of the Correze. From your terrace you have a stunning view overlooking pastures and woods.
On the ground floor there is a livingroom/kitchen, upstairs there are two large bedrooms, a showerroom with handbassin and a toilet. TV, gascooker with oven, microwave, fridge, bbq, washingmachine, a large garden with a swing for the children.
Next door there is another gite, les Noisettes, from may-september it is possible to rent them both.
We (a couple with a 11 years old son) live nearby, if you have questions do not hesitate to ask.

Local Area DetailsIn La Chapelle Salamard you will find peace and quiet. Objat, with all shops and supermarkets, is only 3 kilometers away. A famous Sunday market. Nearby you will find villages like Arnac-Pompadour (national Stud), Saint-Robert and Uzerche; a bit further away Perigieux, Collonges-la-Rouge (red stone village), Turenne (castle), Hautefort (castle), Rocamadour and caves in Lot and Dordogne.
Downhill there is a small river, at 15 kilometers there is a lovely lake for swimming.
