Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that over hangs Castellammare del Golfo. It is surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday. You can choose between three types of units, according to your needs and costs, the apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
The villa has swimming pool, external showers, garden and veranda.
The distance to the city centre is about 1 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it is approximately 35 km from Palermo airport. The owners live in one of the premises and could assist you at any time.
This apartment is accessed through up an external staircase up to the second floor. There is an entrance hallway (with a double sofa-bed) which extends into the comfortably furnished living room. From this living area the large and well-equipped kitchen can be easily accesed.
Bouganvillae has three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower; one with twing beds (which could be trasformed in double bed); and the third bedroom is with bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share an enormous bathroom with tub and shower. There is a washing machine.
All kind of services, shops, restaurans and various entertainment can be found in Castellammare’s centre at 1 km distance; 5 km away is the famous fishmen village of Scopello and Natural reserve Lo Zingaro.
Local Area DetailsDuring you stay you will be able to visit some of the most interesting and famous sightseeing in the region such as the Ancient Doric Temple in Segesta and the Ancient Greek Theatre, as well as the Tonnara (ancient tuna producing station) and the Rocks I Faraglioni in Scopello, take a look over the picturecque landscape from the heights of Medieval city of Erice, visit and enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean nature you can find in the Nature Park Lo Zingaro, also taste the flavours of the Sicilian cuisine in any of the local restaurants.
The tours to Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, Taormina are also possible in one day.
