Villa Renata is located over Guidaloca Bay, in the region of Castellammare del Golfo, only 200 meters from the beach that is very appreciated because of its pristine and tourquoise water.
The property is approximately 40 km away from the Airport of Palmermo, 4 km from the town of Castellammare where the guests may find all the pubblic services as well as lovely Sicilian handcrafts to buy; 2 km away from Scopello, once upon a time named “Cetaria “ by the ancient people settled there. This town is well known for its nice beach, spectacular cliffs emerged from the sea waters, and for the tuna fishing. Scopello has a bank and post offices, an Emergency Room, and many bars, pizzerias and restaurants where the clients can enjoy the typical Sicilian dishes. Also, only 2 km away, there is the Natural Riserve “Parko dello Zingaro� (Gipsy’s Park).

Villa Renata is projected on a unique floor; entering the house the living room is found which is distribuited on two levels with a cozy interior enhanced by a fireplace and comfortable couches. The elegant dining room is communicated with the big and practically equipped kitchen. The property has three bedrooms: one with queen bed and air-conditioned, and two twin bed rooms, and one bathroom with tub and shower.
The holiay house is surrounding by a large veranda with great sea views, where the guests can have their lunch and enjoy the landscape. In the beautiful and well maintained garden there is a barbeque with a small kitchen, perfect for outdoor meals.

During you stay you will be able to visit some of the most interesting and famous sightseeing in the region such as the Ancient Doric Temple in Segesta and the Ancient Greek Theatre, as well as the Tonnara (ancient tuna producing station) and the Rocks I Faraglioni in Scopello, take a look over the picturecque landscape from the heights of Medieval city of Erice, visit and enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean nature you can find in the Nature Park Lo Zingaro, also taste the flavours of the Sicilian cuisine in any of the local restaurants.
The tours to Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, Taormina are also possible in one day.
