You’ll be nine miles to Squaw: seven miles to Alpine: four miles to Homewood. Alpine's backside area is less than three miles from the house via Ward Creek and the Sherwood chair. Summer guests will enjoy easy access to Lake Tahoe beaches and a private homeowner’s association beach with piers and buoys.

Mountain bike or hike along side fields of wildflowers, take a lazy raft down the river, water-ski, float, jet-ski or simply gaze at The Lake. Winter enjoy boundless sunshine over snow covered mountains and all kinds of winter, snow activities. Spring and Fall enjoy a peacefull Lake Tahoe with breath-taking mountain air.
