Property Details
Traditional stone built Andalusian farmhouse constructed in the year 1911 which has been converted into two completely separate living spaces. Situated in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range yet only fifteen minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace and the city of Granada the house is located just outside the old moorish village of Monachil in an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by olive, almond and cherry trees.
Both houses come complete with bedlinen, duvets/blankets, towels, colour TV, DVD, CD, small selection of books in English and Spanish, crockery, tableware, cutlery, fridge/freezer, electric or gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher(in cottage II only) and drying/ironing facilities.
The facilities include swimming pool, barbecue, patios, roof sun terrace plus over 2,000 square metres of gardens and orchards in which to roam. Each house has full central heating plus large fireplace. Local information is available at the house.
