A duplex apartment in a quiet ski station with views onto alpine meadow from a south west facing balcony (sun in the afternoon) On the first level you will find the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette, dining area, 'coin cabine' (bunk beds in alcove) and balcony. Up open pine stairs is a sitting mezzanine with t.v. and double sofa bed. And a double bedrrom. Can sleep 6 but would be most comfortable for 4. Very light and airey.
Local Area DetailsOn a quiet track dissappearing into the forest the apartment is the place for fresh air and an ideal family holiday. So tranquil walking in the mountains but yet within a few minutes drive all the activities of Morzine and Les Gets await you; lake swimming, golf course, mountain bikes for hire, souvenir shops, restaurents and lively bars, adventure playgrounds, tennis courts, summer tobogganing. Mid july and august the area is humming with activity but you can be wisked up the mountain to peaceful scenic splendour in minutes. If abundant restaurents, bars and shops don't interest you a walking holiday in May/June/September will be a delight.
Atrip to Lake Geneva will take about 40 minutes by car to the spa towns of Evian and Thonon where ferries cross the lake to Geneva or over to Switzerland. For photos see http://groups.msn.com/designsonfrance
