The studio adjoins the owners Villa and is completely self-contained for your absolute privacy. There are twin beds/ en-suite/ loung and living area with table and chairs./DVD player. CD player. VCR player. Cassette player. and Radio. There are Tea and Coffee making facilities. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs. Breakfast is optional and is served in the Conservatory.
Local Area DetailsThe studio is ideal for beach holidays, golfing, inspection trips, completion trips, or just to get away from it all. It is set in a tranquil and quiet area close to the orange and lemon groves, and close to the beautiful countryside. There are restaurants and bars just a short walk away but it is very low key. It is not noisy and crowded, but the town of Quesada is just a short drive away with lots of bars and Restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets. Nearby is the small village of Rojales where you will find a market which is held every Thursday, and Tapas Bars, The beaches are close by, all blue flag, such as, Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante, Torrevieja, et. etc. and further afield the resorts of Benidorm and La Manga.
