The house is essentially designed for two families who wish to explore the cultural beauties of Spain. Upstairs features three large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has it’s own private bathroom facilities. This double room also leads onto a large private balcony offering unprecedented views of the Ronda Valley. Double bedroom 2 has a Philip Stark designed bathroom and private balcony overlooking the olive groves. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds and comfortably sleeps four people. A separate bathroom is situated off the landing. Double bedrooms 4 & 5 are downstairs - Bedroom 5 can be occupied by a housekeeper on request. The fully equipped kitchen is up a level from the lounge and features all modern amenities. Directly at the front of the house is a magnificent patio with table and seating area offering spectacular views of the Ronda Valley. There is also an outside shower for cooling off. To the left of here is a bricked BBQ area and pizza oven, leading to landscaped gardens.
Local Area DetailsThe nightlife and golf of Marbella and Puerta Banus are only 50 km away. An hour and a half drive takes visitors to the Atlantic coast - Gibraltar, Cadiz & Tarifa. A 40 minute drive will take the holidaymaker to the new Ascari F1 racetrack.
