This is our luxury private villa set in an up-market development and looking out on to a beautiful lake for that peaceful feeling on the front porch at night.Disney World and all the other major attractions are just a 10-minute drive away while the attraction-packed ‘Highway 192’
is only a short drive down the road.The location is perfect. Quietly situated just off the main road, yet close to many of the attractions, restaurants and shops etc. that make Orlando so popular.
‘Interstate 4’, (I4), which runs right across Florida from east to west is just 10 minutes away, while the ‘Florida Turnpike’, (US1), which runs from the Florida Keys up the east coast of America, is only 15 minutes away. No problem exploring then!
The villa has full air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge.
It has its own security system with electronic front door locking.
The pool is south facing and if you should wish to go at Florida’s coldest time of the year, when the temperature dips to around the low 70’s Fahrenheit then additional heating can be arranged!
It is fully screened with a decking area and comes with furniture consisting of a table with a parasol and chairs and two sun loungers.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and crockery.
The Master Bedroom has a large king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, other bedroom furniture and an ensuite bathroom with vanity unit, large walk-in shower and toilet.
The Second Bedroom has a queen-size bed and fitted wardrobes.
The Third Bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes & is Disney themed.

Bathroom Two is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has a bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet.The Lounge/Dining Room contains a comfortable leather corner unit, (one part converts to a queen-sized bed), coffee tables with lamps. There is a cable television, a video cassette recorder, DVD player and a hi fi/CD system.
In the dining area is a table and chairs which will comfortably seat 6 people. The Kitchen area also has a breakfast table for four.
The Double Garage contains a full size washing machine and tumble dryer plus an ironing board and iron. It has parking for two cars and also contains the pool toys.

The '192' has many exciting things to do. There is helicopter rides, Air Boat rides, Mini Golf, Markets, many restaurants and Bars and lots of shops and outlets.
