The Villa De Sueños is situated within a select estate less than 12 MINUTES from Malaga Airport. This Spacious Family Home comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 large AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms, with facilities for 2 additional guests on the downstairs living room futon.

This well decorated family home has many charming features including 2 LIVING ROOMS connected via a wrought iron spiral staircase and open fire places. In addition the property benefits from CENTRAL HEATING therefore making Villa de Sueños an ideal year round holiday destination.

The secure grounds offer MAXIMUM privacy and include a POOLSIDE PERGOLA and seating which is popular with guests for the afternoon sun. The villa is well equipped with SUN LOUNGERS, BOOKS and GAMES for lazy days around the pool. The Sun Terrace has comfortable sofas beneath the full length SUN AWNINGS where you can enjoy an afternoon siesta or just relax with a picturesque view of the Sierra Llana Mountains. The new el fresco dining facilities, BBQ and Bar are now available for your enjoyment.

The Villa de Sueños offers a FREE MEETING & GREETING service at the airport if required and upon arrival FREE DRINKS are available for you and your party at the Bar.

We provide a WELCOME PACK including teas, coffees and fridge essentials in addition to FREE COT HIRE. Our comprehensive library of BOOKS, DVD's, VIDEOS and TOYS includes a PLAYSTATION 2 and a selection of popular games.

There is a weekly linen service and due to popular request we now provide TOWEL HIRE at €2 per towel per week.

The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with street lighting and a public telephone at only 3 minutes walking distance.

The Villa is not provided with a telephone so please ensure that at least 1 party member has a mobile phone. It is important to remember to arrange adequate health and travel insurance. You can enter the Villa from 2pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate by 10am on the day of departure. If you need a car/s we can organise this for you at competitive prices.

The Ground floor of Villa de Sueños can now be rented from SEPTEMBER to MARCH room by room on a GUEST HOUSE / B & B basis.

The Villa is a 10 minute drive to the beaches at Los Alamos and Torremolinos, where there are many Chiringuitos (Beach Bar Restaurants)



PLAZA MAYOR offers 2,350 car parking spaces, has 58 Restaurants and cafes, a mix of bars, nightclubs and discos, a 20 lane bowling alley and the Yelmo Cineplex which is fabulously comfortable and shows many films in English. For Prices and listings press Here

AQUALAND is a fabulous water park where you can spend the day. The Aqua park is open from May to September from 10am to 6pm

RITMO A CABALLO at Club El Ranchito is an amazing spectacle of performing Andalucian horses. You can also enjoy a few hours horse riding or learning to improve your riding skills.


The CROCODILE PARK is also in Torremolinos where you can see 12 different species of crocodiles, a crocodile nursery, feeding demonstrations and the largest crocodile in Europe. Opening hours from 10am to 5pm (later in Summer).


TIVOLI WORLD is a great day out for all the family and has over 30 rides and spectacular shows. Opening hours vary depending on time of year.


SOUTH COAST QUAD RENTAL caters for the more adventurous. They open from 10am till dusk all year round, but please make sure you book as this is extremely popular during the Summer.
