A separate self-contained studio-apartment, comprising lounge/dining area with satellite T.V. and DVD player; a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully fitted kitchen area with fridge, 4-ring gas hob and combination microwave and oven; and a fully tiled bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults, and one of the chairs in the lounge converts into a single bed, suitable for a child. A cot and high chair are also available; and there is a portable gas heater if required.

Externally there is an exclusive patio area, and use of the large private secluded garden (shared with Val de Rosa). Shared use of barbeque also available.

Local Area Details

Pago del Humo is a small friendly village with a bar, restaurant, mini-market and pharmacy all within a few minutes' easy walk from the villa.
The traditional Spanish town of Chiclana de la Frontera, is only 10 minutes by car, and has a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops, with a pedestrianised shopping area and a local fish market.
There are extensive unspoilt beaches stretching from Sancti Petri, which has water sports facilities, to Roche - a distance of 12km. The nearest beach at La Barrosa is 10 minutes' drive.
There are 3 golf courses of international acclaim, within 10-15 minutes' drive from Pago del Humo.
Many of the locals fish from the beach, and there are fishing boats available for charter from the marina in Sancti Petri.
Cadiz - Europe's oldest city - is 30 minutes' drive, and has much of interest to see, including wandering through the narrow steets of the old walled town.
Pago del Humo is not far from a number of traditional white hilltop towns with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, such as Arcos (with lakeside restaurants), Medina Sidonia, and Vejer which has a beautiful Moorish restaurant in a walled garden. A half-hour drive takes you to the seaside town of Conil de la Frontera with many restaurants on its sea-front and beaches with full facilities available.
