Also on this floor is a small double bedroom and well fitted shower room with walk in shower, w.c. and washbasin. Upstairs are 4 further double bedrooms (one of which contains bunk beds), and a well appointed bathroom. A further shower room outside the master bedroom is being added before Easter 2005 Sunny balconies with lovely views lead off 3 of the bedrooms. There is a double garage and laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. The property has full oil fired central heating for out of season lets. It should be noted that there are 55 steps from street level to the front door. Although Villa Els Perdals is within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and restaurants it is on the Rocamaura mountain and is a steep walk back with your shopping, and a car is recommended with this property. Local Area DetailsEstartit is the premier Diving centre in Catalona. The Medas Isles which shelter Estartit are considered to be the best nature reserve for Marine Life on the Mediterranean. For the Golfer many championship courses are within easy reach of the Resort -Emporda, Pals, Serres de Pals and Gerona being just a few to mention.
Excursions to the famous Catalonian cities of Barcelona, Gerona and Fiogueras are available from Estartit. The old Mediaeval villages of Pals and Peratallada are also worthwhile places to visit, as are the extensive Graeco/Roman ruins of Empuries and the little village of St. Martin de Empuries nearby.
