Large spacious villa with private heated pool, 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms all on ground floor level. Externally there is a BBQ area, terraces, porch and room for off street parking. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, microwave oven, toaster etc and a laundry room with automatic washing machine. The lounge/dining area is very spacious with satellite TV and a well stocked library of English books. It is nicely furnished with two sets of patio doors leading on to the terrace. The dining area is light and airy and has room enough for 10 people to dine. The pool measures 7m x 5m and is solar heated and set in a secluded area surrounded by a terrace with sun-beds.
Local Area DetailsBeautiful large villa situated on the west side of the island in the quiet town of Tinajo. This villa is an ideal place for people who want a quiet relaxing holiday. There are fantastic views of the sea, the mountains as well as the near-by smaller islands.
The area provides most sports associated with Lanarote and boasts one of the premier sports facilities in the whole of the Canaries in La Santa sports complex. Tinajo is a typical town with supermarkets, bank, shops, chemist, cafes, bars and restaurants while still retaining its canarian identity.
