The Accommodation consists of:

Salon/dining area which is L shaped, approximately 5.20m x 5.45m, fully furnished with cable TV (English channels).

There is one bedroom on the ground floor which has twin beds. Fully furnished with built in wardrobe. Next door there is a pleasant bathroom comprising of a shower, WC and washbasin.



The kitchen measures 2.10m x 2.40m and has all the appliances one needs, including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and a toaster. Lots of cooking pans and crockery, glasses, cups, plates etc.

The master bedroom is approximately 3.20m x 2.40m. Fully furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe.

All the Bedrooms have three sets of towels, sheets, and blankets per bed. Each room has its own fan and oil filled radiator (electric).



There is a patio door leading on to a private sun terrace which enjoys sun all day long.



Next to the master bedroom is a spacious bathroom comprising of a full length bath/shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The suite is tastefully finished in a rustic tile.



There is a twin bedded room next to the Master bedroom, fully furnished with a built in wardrobe.



A second stairway leads to a large roof solarium (5.90m x 5.40m) with spectacular views of the countryside and residential areas. There are facilities for drying clothes.



All doors and windows have security grills.

There are three commercial centres on the La Marina urbanisation. The two main one's only a couple of minutes drive away, or 10 minute walk where there are several bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, large supermarket's, Banks and a taxi rank. Also there's a smaller centre with a handful of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

Within 30 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

Located in Benidorm, which is 45-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.

Local Area Details

Fray Luis de Leon is located on a new development in La Marina and situated at the heart of Costa Blanca and is just off the N332 motorway (well signposted). Follow the road signs for La Marina Urbanisation.

Torrevieja, Elche, Guardamar Del Segura are all within a 20 minutes drive. La Marina is a well established residential area offering all the amenities one should need including fine bars, banks, restaurants, supermarkets and a health clinic. Most of the residents are from the UK and English is widely spoken. There is a local market every Thursdays.



Close to La Marina, located south of Alicante between Alicante airport and Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The property is a three bedroom town house with views of the country side. The communal swimming pool, which has a segregated section for the toddlers, is within 1 minute walk of the villa.

Only a 5-minute drive down to the white sandy beach of La Marina. There are 23 sandy beaches in the area and each have free parking. They have all been awarded the triple European Blue Flag and are cleaned daily during the summer season.

4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world
