In the main living area of this Villa you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs, Welsh dresser, the lounge area is furnished with a 3 piece leather suite consisting of 3 - seater settee and a 2 seater settee and 1 airchair, side board and coffee table TV with UK channels and DVD player, Hi Fi unit. Patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with table chairs and sun loungers. The second lounge also has Sofa bed, 2 seater settee and two armchairs, open fire place, bookcase and is equipped with CD player, TV with UK channels


The brand new kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring gas cooker with electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Iron, orange squeezer, utensils, crockery and cutlery for eight persons are on hand as you would expect. Washing machine and Ironing board is in the adjacent utility room.

Three Bedrooms, two doubles, one twin there is also a Sofa bed in the second lounge. Furnished to the highest quality.

The main bedroom has a double size bed and has patio doors leading out onto a sun terrace. The second bedroom also has a double size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is also a sofa bed in the second lounge.

Two new bathrooms, Master bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. En- Suite bathroom has a power shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metre with roman steps and has a built in jacuzzi and is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun lounges, table and chairs, there is also a barbecue with under cover seating for up to 10 people and your own private bar ( sorry you have to supply your own staff and drinks) . Tennis Court and Roof terrace, which is accessed by external staircase and has stunning panoramic country views.

Its five minutes drive from the urbanisation of La Marina with a Large Supermarket and several bars some offering nightime entertainment, restaurants, and shops. A popular local market is held on Thursdays - again within 10 minutes drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture back home for lunch.
The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Set in its own grounds of 2000sq metres. At the side of the Villa is the 10x5 metre swimming pool and bar , barbecue and tennis court within a 12 minute drive you have the lovely sandy beach at La Marina stretches some 17 kilometres from Santa Pola to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.


Within 25 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 10 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

Located in Benidorm, which is 35-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia

Local Area Details

The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina is only a 10-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 35 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
