Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, hair dryer and fan. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with Air Conditioning, table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settees, TV with UK channels, Hi-Fi,radio,cassette/CD player. Quality furniture is used throughout.

There is a front and back sun terrace the back sun terrace leads out to the Communal Pool..

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Just 1 hour up the motor way is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret / show palace). There is a bus service in the summer months to all these attractions, which stops at La Zenia.

The location of this villa is perfect for a great golfing or family holiday. Five minute drive you have the choice of Three golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.
