Sharmen Cottage is one large room with Queen Bed, Queen Bunk with single over and a roll-out settee. Facilities include Microwave,Refrigerator,Television, tea/coffee making.
An ensuite is attached on Gas which means plenty of hot water.
An adjoining door takes you to a covered outdoor area, totally private with a huge grassed area for children to play safely or for the adults just to simply enjoy some rest and recreation.
We are 10 minutes from Central Rotorua and within minutes of the major tourist attractions. A 10 minute walk takes you to Lake Rotorua and only
minutes by car to the Waiteti Stream where flyfishing is allowed all year around.
A large car parking area allows room for a boat and being set well off the road on our 2 acre property allows added security.
Sharmen Cottage is absolutely ideal for family stay.
