Relax in our tastefully decorated vacation home with expansive windows to take in the view, or BBQ and play on our spacious deck and lawn.
Our fabulous location cant be beat. Enjoy our large private sand beach, right next to a wildlife sanctuary, which begins the lovely waterfront boardwalk to downtown. Walk, roller blade or bike to free outdoor concerts, shops and restaurants. Your kids will love this! Our level lot is safe for kids and seniors with no rocks and shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay.
Our modern kitchen has all the conveniences you expect. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a single/double bunk.
The sundeck is off the dining room (seats up to 8), living room and master bedroom. You may want to end the day with a wiener roast at the beach fire pit or walk to a wide array of nightlife including the Lake City Casinos in The Grand Okanagan hotel.
Ours is the first house, on the first private beach, north of the Grand Hotel/Casino and City Park. Its at the end of the lovely waterfront boardwalk, right after the wildlife sanctuary, where the osprey viewing platform is.

Rentals can begin and end on any day of the month, as long as it is a 30 day or longer interval.
For example only, Monthly Rates, Canadian Dollars:

If you wanted the last half of April and the first half of May, the rate would be ½ X ($2900 + $4300) = $3600.

Year Round Rate:
We would consider a year round renter who will give us 3 weeks use per summer. C$2095 per month, plus utilities.
The Whole Summer:
You can have all of July and August, except for three weeks when we use it (to be negotiated), for C$17,900.
We are willing to negotiate any longer-term arrangement, which allows us three weeks summer use.
Booking deposit 30%. Balance due 3 months before arrival.
Smoke free. Pet free. Occupancy limit. All strictly enforced.
Security deposit: Yes. Forfeited if above rules broken.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancelled time is subsequently booked, there will be a refund of monies paid, less $150.
