There are two pubs and several restaurants to choose from plus more eating places in the nearby village of Lynton, accessible by road or funicular railway. Combe Martin and Minehead are within a few miles drive.
Harbour Point is an ideal base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of North Devon and Exmoor and the wide sandy expanses of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton beaches.

Enjoy long coastal and woodland walks, fishing – sea, fly and course, swimming and playing golf. From the harbour there are pleasure trips. Within just a few minutes drive there is horse riding, karting and diving. North Devon also has a large number of family attractions including Watermouth Castle and The Wildlife & Dinosaur Park at Combe Martin. There are numerous arts and craft shops, museums and railways. Exmoor is a haven for wildlife where visitors may see the famed wild ponies, red deer and birds of prey.
