This is a beautiful, very modern, luxury villa, within a five-minute walk of the Las Cucharas beach.This excellent, exceptionally bright villa is set on two floors. It is very modern in design and has a large central staircase with overhead skylights, giving a lot of light to the living areas. The large living room, which has a wall of patio doors leading to the terrace, is open plan to an attractive dining room. The villa has a fabulous kitchen, with a breakfast area and doors leading to a flower filled terrace and the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms with twin beds on the ground floor, one has doors to a private terrace and they share a full bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower. The other bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The villa has an broadband internet connection point for guests bringing a laptop computer. A UK to European telephone adapter is required. There is a large sunbathing terrace overlooking the lovely 8x4metre heated swimming, which has roman steps. The gardens are filled with fruit trees and there is a large covered terrace, with a barbecue and comfortable furniture for al fresco dining. Specially placed spotlights light the garden in the evenings, creating a beautiful, romantic atmosphere.

The villa is located very centrally, within a five-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a windsurf school on the beach. The resort boasts many superb restaurants and shops, a lot of which are within walking distance of the villa and It is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park. Only a few minutes walk away is the newly built Thalasso & wellness centre. This fantastic facility incorporates a world class Spa at which Premier Holidays’ guests enjoy a discounted tariff. It is a ten-minute drive to the airport and fifteen to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.
