Well equipped with satellite TV, video, hifi (cd, md, cassette). Fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Wonderful sea views from the south facing sun terrace, which has an awning.

Local Area DetailsIn Mojacar and the surrounding area there are 3 golf courses, several scuba diving schools plus other watersports, horse riding and hiking. Nearby Vera has a good waterpark.
Further afield, the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, with it's unspoilt beaches, the Sierra Nevada mountains and the cities of Almeria, Murcia and Granada are worth a visit. The Tabernas desert is home to the spaghetti western film sets, which are open to the public.
All the nearby towns and villages have a weekly open air market and frequent fiestas.
