Property Details
The Log Cabin is rustic and does not have electricity. This provides you with a cozy and comfortable environment, which is heated by wood stoves and lit by kerosene and propane lamps. There are 6 rooms on the second floor, each room has 2 single beds. There are also 2-shared washrooms, which are equipped with a toilet and running cold water. There is a hot shower available 24 hours and a sauna situated a short walk from the cabin. The log cabin also features a living room, 36ft stone fireplace, common dining room, kitchen and mud room.
The Log Cabin is great for singles, couples, families as well as for custom group rentals.
Summer packages include guided hiking, canoeing and wildlife interpretation
Winter packages include dogsledding, back country skiing and snowshoeing

Away from the city the likelihood of seeing wildlife including moose, beaver, and great blue heron is increased! Access Point #1 to Algonquin Park is located a short drive from the Algonquin Log Cabin.
