Property Details

The property is located within 5 minutes drive of Santa Ponsa 1 and Poniente golf courses, the village of El Toro and the town and beach of Santa Ponsa with a number of communal pools. It is also only a short walk to the marina and beach at Port Adriano. Approximately 20 minutes from Palma.
The villa has a beautifully furnished, split level lounge/dining room with french windows leading to the private garden. Satellite television and CD system are provided for home entertainment.
A guest bathroom is located conveniently off the upper lounge area. The garden has a tiled patio area with brick barbeque and lawns shaded by mature trees.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen boasts polished granite work surfaces throughout. Facilities include twin stainless steel sinks, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle.
The remainder of the ground floor is given over to the master bedroom suite. The suite is entered through a short hallway of fully fitted wardrobes, into the light and spacious sitting/dressing area.
To the right is the large king size bed and entrance to the luxurious en-suite facilities. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and consists of twin wash basins, bidet, toilet, separate shower unit and large sunken bath for two!
The first floor is reached by ascending the staircase situated in the main entrance hall. Here there are a further three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all equipped and furnished to a high standard. All of the first floor bedrooms have an outside terrace area.
The whole of the top floor is given over to a large sun room with 360 degree views of the sea, coastline, El Toro, Port Adriano, the Malgrat Islands and the surrounding community gardens. There is also a small outside balcony to one side of this room.
Outside the villa there is a private parking space, extensive mature community gardens and an extremely large community pool with sun shades and sun bathing facilities.
