This luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished and equipped with all that the self-catering family could want - even beach chairs! An ideal place to enjoy a cooling drink and watch the world go by is the covered terrace that looks out over the main swimming pool, across to pine and olive trees and enjoys morning shade and then sunshine till sunset.
The lounge has a comfortable settee and two chairs, a TV, video and a Radio/CD/Tape player. The dining area is furnished with a modern dining suite. Both bedrooms have full sized twin beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the luxury of patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. There is a second fully fitted shower bathroom.
For your comfort the apartment is air-conditioned throughout with a heating option for the cooler evenings.
Local Area Details Santa Maria Golf & Country Club is situated in Elviria, part of the Marbella District of the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is just 30 minutes away from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away from the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A coastal highway, the A7 (N340), travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With the apartment centrally located near Marbella you will find sightseeing so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive.
Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.
For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars and restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. For the serious Golfer you are at the centre of the Costa del Golf and within 30-minutes drive you have a choice of 30 golf courses that are playable all year round.
