It also has a newly fitted kitchen which is fully equipped. The balcony offers views of the Cantabrian mountains and the nearby municipal swimming pool and River Ason. Excellent area for walking, caving, canoeing and fishing.
Local Area DetailsThe village of Ampuero is situated in the Cantabrian mountains It is a great area for walking and canoeing. Canoe Ason a canoeing company operates in the same road as the apartment offering amazing trips up the River Ason. Quad biking is available on the mountain adjacent to the apartment. The beautiful sandy beach of Laredo is a 10 minute drive away. The beaches of Noja and Santona are a 20 min. drive away. These beaches are excellent for surfing and bodyboarding. Santander is about 40 minutes drive away and Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum is about 1 hours drive away. There is a train station in Ampuero which connects both cities.
