A fully equipped and furnished property just 4 miles from Disney's World Drive and close to all the other main attractions of the Orlando area, but located in the quiet select residential area of Lindfields, West Kissimmee just off US Highway 192.

Lounge/Family room with two large sofas, cable TV, VCR, DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, grill, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, food blender, toaster, etc.. The kitchen also has a dining table with 4 chairs positioned in the bay window to catch the morning sun.
The dining area has seating for 6 people around a large dining
table.
The Master bedroom is fitted with Queen size bed, large fitted walk-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with oval bath, WC, seperate shower stall, twin washbasins and a door to the pool area.
Bedroom No. 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe
Bedroom No. 3 has twin beds themed with Disney 'Nemo' character and a fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom No. 2 has a bath, shower, washbasin, WC, and is situated between bedrooms 2 & 3
The pool area has a large covered area with a sundeck equipped with sun loungers, patio table and 4 chairs.
A fully screened large heated pool, 28ft long, 15ft wide, with all the regulation safety notices prominently displayed.
The villa is fully air-conditioned for the summer and warm air heating for the winter months. It is fitted with a security alarm system and a front door intercom with call points situated throughout the villa..
