The bustling town of Polis is a mere seven-eight minutes drive away and hosts an abundance of chic restaurants, bars, shops and traditional Cypriot Tavernas. The Accommodation:
Approached by large double iron gates to the entrance porch complimented with typical Cyprian pottery and large sherry barrel through the impressive double front doors to the lounge. To your right you will find the first lounge with settees, T.V. video, DVD and CD from here there are classical double wooden doors leading to a balcony with stunning views to the amazing mountains.
To the left is the second lounge/dining area with settees, TV, impressive open stone fireplace with carved features and stone ball and chain effect set to the breast.
From the dining area is the open plan kitchen with large fridge, Gas hob, microwave and toaster etc. There is a door off the kitchen leading to the terrace.
There is a second kitchen here with electric oven, gas hob, freezer, and dishwasher and sandwich toaster.
From the 2nd lounge there are double doors to the large main terrace with outdoor furniture. From here the views are indescribable stretching panoramically across the mountains to the sea.

One bedroom also on this level with shower en suite (single bed but another one can be provided. Views to the mountains.

There is access downstairs to the garage and parking for ten cars.

Upstairs
Via a wide sweeping staircase with ornate metal balustrade.
There is access from the hallway to a further terrace with fabulous views.

One Master bedroom with Nottingham lace four poster bed, shower room en suite, walk-in wardrobe section and doors to the terrace. One twin bedroom. One twin bedroom with views to the mountains. One twin bed room with access to shower, another balcony with views to the sea and village. There is a T.V. in this room also. One bathroom with bath and shower attachments.
The pool and leisure area is large and will surely with the most used area of the villa.
The two pools are surrounded by natural stone with lush plants and shrubs.
The main pool is shaped and has steps leading to a shallow end and underwater lighting.
The smaller Jacuzzi pool has underwater seating and lighting. There is a covered pergola with bench seating for sitting out of the sun.
The ornate brick built B.B.Q. has a rotating spit and can cook many whole chickens and kebabs together there is also a typical Cyprian clay oven next to the B.B.Q. for baking a host of different foods.
On pool level there is a third kitchen with cooker and fridge, ideal for cold drinks by the pool, also a further shower room/toilet on this level. You can also gain access to the main building from here.
