Averaged summer temperature is an impressive 28 degrees celsius. Winters are very mild with average temperatures a comfortable 18 degrees.

Average hours of sunshine range from six hours in winter to 12 inl summer. By comparison, London's average is one hour in mid-winter to seven in summer.
The coastal town of Torrevieja, an easy 20 minutes drive, is an old fishing town, but has grown in the wake of the tourist boom. It has top class amenities. There are stunning beaches, squares, parks, gardens, and other beauty spots in the area, as well as historical monuments and buildings. The Aquopolis Water Park is reputed to be one of the best in the region.
Cabo Roig has two secluded sandy beaches linked by a scenic cliff walk. An excellent restaurant, tennis courts and a marina.
A must to visit is the beautiful ancient port town of Cartagena, just 40 minutes drive away.

The adjoining Campoamor course nestles in two valleys. The clubhouse has stunning views to the sea. The front 9 holes are deceptively open with fast, protected greens contrasting with the back 9, winding through steep-sided hills, creating a challenge to the end. The fairways are wide and long, but the greens and the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges.
