This superb three bedroom bungalow is built on 1/4 acre and is set in the quiet residential area of Spring Hill, Hernando County. It is within easy reach of Florida’s attractions and beaches.
This fully air conditioned bungalow will accommodate six people comfortably. There is a master bedroom with cable TV, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower and two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, these share a bathroom. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, but towels for the beach or pool are not provided. There is a spacious lounge/diner with a colour cable T.V., video, DVD and CD player. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle plus enough cutlery, utensils and crockery for six people. There is a breakfast bar for three people. Laundry facilities are provided. There is a telephone for local and emergency calls.
Also for your enjoyment there is a screened heated swimming pool, measuring 12x24ft. It has extended decking and terrace, gas barbecue, sink with hot and cold water, patio table, chairs and loungers. The pool and patio areas are covered with fine mesh making it free from insects day or night. There is lighting in and around the pool for use in the evening.. Unbreakable cups, etc. are provided for use in the pool area (U.S Law).
Local Area DetailsThe Gulf Coast provides a relaxing alternative to the hectic pace in Orlando although Disney World attractions are only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens is only one hour away. Weeki Wachee Springs is 15 minutes drive from the accommodation. See ‘mermaids’, birds of prey or have a boat trip down the river or alternatively there is a Water Park adjacent to the springs. The beautiful Gulf coast beaches are 25 minutes away and there are at least twelve golf courses within a thirty-minute drive. A set of old but usable golf clubs are available at the villa. Shopping facilities are close by as are restaurants catering for all tastes.
