A new three-bedroom bungalow villa in a holiday development on the edge of the village of Fitou, about 10 miles back from the coast and 100 metres above sea level. Our large terrace has views of the sea lakes and the Mediterranean beyond. The holiday development has two shared swimming pools for the use of owners and guests.
The living area has two patio doors which lead onto the large L-shaped terrace. There are shutters on all the windows. The floors are tiled throughout the villa and on the terrace. The terrace has a large patio table with chairs, a couple of reclining chairs and an electric barbecue (all these can be stored in the garage). Part of the terrace is covered, giving shade from the sun. There is a small enclosed garden down a few steps from the terrace.
