Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential street only 300 yards from a 'blue flag' beach and 5 min walk from the high street and beach front promenade, where you will find an abundance of bars, restaraunts and shops including the harbour and marina. There are a few restaurants to be reccomended El Eden in Garrucha on sea front towards marina where you can get a 3 course for 4 people meal with wine/soft drinks for about 50 euros, very child friendly. or the Torre Bahia in Mojacar and of course there is an English Bar on the high street about a 5 min walk from the apartment where you can get full english etc etc.to Just to name a few. The apartment is only a year old, it has been completely refurnished, is fully equiped and comfortable with plenty of living space. The pool and lawned garden area is a little oasis, private, pretty and inviting, just the job for a complete unwind. The apartment is also ideal for little ones to run about in, the pool is fenced off and the complex is within a walled and locked gated area with no passing non residents, the neighbours are mostly spanish. On the whole, the complex is clean and well maintained daily.

Local Area Details

There is abundance of leisure activities to explore from golf courses for dad, to a water park with tubes and slides for all the family. only 5 min walk from the apartment is a go-kart circuit at about 15 euros per hour. The nearest golf course is only 10 min walk from the apartment, with the famouse Desert Springs course a 15 min drive away, you will be sopilt for choise with golf courses. All the beaches are cleaned first thing in the morning before the sun beds come out, the coastline is very varied from tourist beaches to deserted coves, The Cabo de Gata National Park is only 15 min drive away where the mountains drop into the sea providing very isolated coves if you need a beach all to yourselves, this is heaven. I have only just scratched the surface on the subject of what to do, just get out there and explore, you wont be disapointed
