This executive villa is built on a conservation plot overlooking woodland in the quiet location of Calabay Parc, Davenport, Orlando, a superior development on Highway 27 just fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World and other major attractions.

The villa is air conditioned/heated and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms; there are two master suites with queen size beds, each with direct access to the pool area, a double room and a twin room share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and large walk in closets. All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. The two Master suites have DVD players.

The villa has a private screened pool area with a heated pool/Jacuzzi which is south facing for all year round sun and there is an outside shower. Upgraded pool furniture makes the outside deck as comfortable as the inside of the villa. There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining or just escaping the midday sun. The pool area and lanai have lighting and are ideal for after dark entertainment.

The spacious accommodation also includes a family room with brand new large screen TV with cable and DVD player, computer with internet access for our guests to use free of charge, well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, and a beautifully furnished separate formal dining room. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room.

We have provided a cot with linen, high chair, stroller and bed side guard for infants. There is a selection of CD’s, DVD’s, books and games for every age group. The telephone system allows our guests to make local, national and international calls free of charge. We have recently added a computer with internet access which is free for our guests to use.

Calabay Parc is one of the most desirable developments and this villa is furnished to a high standard providing all you require for a superb holiday. There are supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities close by including several championship golf courses.

Local Area Details

The shops, reastaurants and bars on US 192 are only 5 minutes away. There is a large supermarket just minutes away on Highway 27. Two large championship golf courses are close by. All the major theme parks are just 15 minutes away, with easy access via either 192 or 27. Calabay Parc has its own children's play area
