A $300 per week deposit is required to confirm your reservations. The deposit, which is separate from the rent, will be refunded to you by mail approximately 4-6 weeks after you leave. Deducted from the deposit will be: (1) cleaning fees and (2) any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear.
Payment is due 30 days before your arrival. While we make every effort to keep our information current, because of the increasing cost of owning and maintaining a home in Hawaii, the rates quoted may change slightly from time to time. At the time of booking there will be a $35 reservation fee and an optional travel insurance premium. All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% room tax. If you plan to stay longer than a week, the extra nights are prorated at the weekly rate.
Keys and Directions - Our normal procedure is to leave an envelope with keys and directions to the condo at the counter where you check out your rental car.
There is a two-week minimum stay between December 15th and January 5th. Please inquire about special Christmas rates and deposit requirements. Cancellation requires 90 days' written notice. Rent is due 60 days before Christmas arrival.
Repeat guests receive an additional $100 discount on subsequent visits of 7 or more nights and can qualify for a referral bonus. Inquire about details. Many of our new guests are friends of previous guests
