2 TWIN BEDDED ROOMS. The back bedroom has a TV with built in video play and looks onto the pool and sun deck. The side bedroom has a TV and PS2 games console. THE SOUTH FACING POOL AND JACUZZI measures 26ft x 13ft (can be heated to 85°F) and is contained within its own screening. You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and sun deck is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. The pool area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted to comply with Florida State Law.
