This light, airy, spacious cottage is situated in the heart of Muskoka on Penn Lake. Just off Highway 60, it is about 30 minutes to Algonquin Park.

The main floor living area has a magnificent stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and large sliding doors looking out onto a spacious deck with a view of the lake. The dining area blends in with the living room and kitchen areas and provides seating for six at a large pine table. There are three spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two with double beds.

Log steps lead down from the patio to the lake, where a large, sunny dock invites you to swim or sunbathe The water is clear with a sandy bottom, and the swimming is easy and shallow along the shore. There are docking facilities for boats. Penn Lake is large and leads into Vernon and Mary Lake. A short portage will also take you to popular Lake of Bays.

This lovely modern home is tucked away in the woods but is not far from a variety of golf courses, including Bigwin Island, Deerhurst, Grandview, and Huntsville Downs, along with lots of fine dining to choose from. Hiking trails and cross country skiing trails both in and around the area.

Grace Lane Cottage is also very near Algonquin Park, for wilderness adventure. Visit the area in autumn for the fall colours. In winter, there is cross-country skiing nearby, as well as down-hill skiing at Hidden Valley minutes away.
