"Thalia" and "Hebe" are both three bedroomed family houses in Westway, West Wimbledon, London SW20 available to rent as self catering accommodation for holidays or business trips.
Thalia is a three bedroomed end-of-terrace house and Hebe is a three bedroomed mid-terrace house and both are situated in the leafy residential area of Raynes Park, West Wimbledon which is conveniently situated for central London. Raynes Park railway station offers a fast and frequent service to London Waterloo (22mins) and is a 15 minute (Thalia) and 20 minute (Hebe) walk from the houses. Bus stops for Wimbledon, Kingston, Morden and Sutton are even closer.
The accommodation is of a high standard, decorated and furnished in a style to create a fresh and welcoming atmosphere and provide every comfort. The houses have fitted carpets throughout, full central heating and are double glazed (except for Hebe’s conservatory).
Both houses have comfortable lounges with colour television, video recorder, a well stocked bookcase and a selection of games. Both the dining rooms can seat six people comfortably round the dining table.
The kitchens have been fitted with plenty of work-tops and cupboards which are well stocked with equipment. Both houses have a gas cooker, washer dryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.
The bathrooms have electrically heated mains pressure showers, Hebe over the bath and Thalia in a separate cubical, and each house has a toilet on the ground floor.
Thalia and Hebe have telephones and modem connection sockets. There is a radio-CD player, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board and alarm clocks in each house.
