This is a large and spacious, second floor penthouse apartment, located on the newly constructed El Pilar development with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio windows with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes and are adjacent to the family bathroom. As you enter the apartment there is a large fitted kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. The large lounge has two settees with a dining area which has table and chairs for 8 people. There is also satellite T.V with a limited number of Sky channels and there is also a portable stereo/C.D. player. From the lounge there is access, through two sets of patio doors to the extremely large patio, which is equipped with sun umbrellas, barbeque, sun-loungers, etc. From this patio there is a staircase leading to the large sun terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding area. The apartment has lift access. This property is suitable for families, and for larger groups.

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool with a toddlers paddling pool set in a small garden area with sun loungers. There is also off street private parking. This is small and secure gated community allowing you your privacy. The apartment is well located for all local amenities, restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. are all a short stroll away. The beach (Playa Santa Marta) is less than a 10 minutes walk away over a footbridge. The cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Banus is approx. 10 minute drive away as is the town of Estepona. The nearest golf course is El Paraiso, but there are numerous others within 20 minutes driving distance. Linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided and are changed on the weekly anniversary of the occupancy. A hire service of cots, Z-beds, high-chairs and pushchairs is also available.
