Beautiful, open-concept four-bedroom cottage located on Simmons Lake, near Magnetawan. Walking into the cottage, you will find a three-piece bathroom on your
left hand side. The hall-way opens up into a large spacious living room, which overlooks Simmons Lake. There is a large stone wood-fireplace that gives this cottage a cozy feel. Also located on main floor is the master bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed as well as a four-piece ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen looks over the dining area and also has a good view of the lake. The dining table has enough seating for 6 - 10 people. From the dining room, there is a walk-out to the large wooden deck, where you will find some Muskoka Chairs and of course a beautiful view of Simmons Lake. Also located off the dining area is a Muskoka Room, which is a great room to do some reading and relaxing.

Walking up the stairs, brings you to a small loft area. From there, there are two bedrooms, and one more three-piece bathroom. A small sofa in the loft offers a place to sit and relax as well. You can also enjoy a view of the lake through the large picture window.

The cottage is surrounded by trees at the back and the sides, but there is an open area at the front of the cottage, to offer an unlimited view of the lake and the outdoors. At the waterfront, there will be a nice sandy beach, large dock, as well as a boat launch. The lake has shallow entry with a sandy bottom.
