There is one king-sized, one queen-sized, one double, and two bunk beds. The four-piece bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Lake Nipissing offers some great fishing for walleye, small mouth bass, perch, pike, and muskie.

Waterfront: Waterfront property on Lake Nipissing. Gradual entry with sandy/rocky bottom. There is a dock on the side of the boat house. Swim raft.
