Furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated , this 3 bedroom apartment, accommodates 6 people comfortably. The spacious lounge has UK satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ channels, DVD player, music centre and video machine. There is a dinning area with seating for 6, which is situated close to the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large balcony, which has outdoor furniture for 6 people and sun loungers. The balcony is large with beautiful and extensive views across the valley and over to the Mediterranean Sea. The separate kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in your holiday home, with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast table and chairs, kettle, toaster etc. The 3 bedrooms are configured as twin rooms, making it not only ideal for your family holiday but also for a holidaying golfing party of 6. The complex of Edificio Coral, is enclosed for your safety and security. There is underground, secure parking, with lift access to the apartment. In the beautiful, enclosed, tropical gardens you will find the swimming pool. The apartment is a short walk to shops, restaurants and entertainments. The local beach is around 15 minutes walk away.
High Season - £615.00 per week
Mid Season - £430.00 per week
Low Season - £220.00 for 2 sharing, £275.00 for 4 sharing, £330.00 for 6 sharing per week.
Local Area DetailsThe Immediate Vicinity
There are bars, restaurants, entertainment, shops and banks all within a short walk, where you can stroll down to get you daily newspaper or fresh bread for breakfast.
The local beach of Riviera del Sol, is fairly quiet, for a small charge you can hire sundowners and parasols.
The Aztec Centre sporting complex, a couple of minutes down the road, has an Olympic sized swimming pool, 7 tennis courts, badminton courts, mini golf, gymnasium, beauty salon / hairdresser, and physiotherapist . Open to non residents it provides excellent, reasonably priced food and evening entertainment for all ages. A newly constructed and state of the art Internet centre and games room caters for all ages. Trips, golf rounds etc can be booked from here. The Aztec centre is open to non residents and for a small fee one can use the clubs facilities.
The local golf course is Miraflores, which is only a 5 minute drive to the club house. Cabopino is only 10 minutes by car away along with numerous other courses on the Costa del Golf, such as Mijas Golf, La Cala, Santa Maria within a 20 minute drive
Out & About.
Only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport
On the Costa del Golf, there are plenty of courses all within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. Golf times can be arranged, along with car hire if required.
10 minutes drive away is La Cala, once a Spanish fishing village, has a wide sandy beach and several intimate bars and restaurants. Fuengirola is only 15 minutes drive away with its long beach front and a large seasonal Aqua Park with giant water slides and grassed picnic areas. A few minutes further on is the pretty ancient mountain village of Mijas Pueblo with its panoramic views, white washed houses and narrow streets.
Marbella is about 10 minutes drive in the other direction. Visit the ‘Orange Square’ in the interesting ‘old town’, which leads to narrow shops and boutiques. Also Puerto Banus where the 'rich and famous' stroll along the marina.
A little further a field Selwo Wild Life Park is about 40 minutes
Tivoli World, is a small theme park in Benalmadena, where you will also find the Crocodile Park, Seaworld and Selwo Dolphin Park
The old and historical towns of Grenada and Seville are about 2 hours drive. Excursions run daily from Fuengirola.
Visit the Rock of Gibraltar; here you can see the Barbary Apes, the Siege Tunnels and St Michael's Caves. Shopping here is duty free!

A £200.00 (300.00 Euro) deposit is required on arrival against damage and breakages. This is fully refundable on inspection of apartment on departure.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am.
